Ministry of Justice of RA proposed to consider the creation of a unified portal for online requests, which would increase the accountability and transparency of public administration, as well as the efficiency of public services. As a result, the proposal came to life with EU funding. Until October 2019, Ministry of Justice operated the portal. Currently, the portal is run by “EKENG” CJSC according to the Prime Minister’s order. Legal grounds for the operation of the portal are defined in RA Government Decree N 524-Ն dating April 26th, 2018.
