An individual application to the Constitutional Court may be submitted by a natural or legal person after exhausting all means of judicial remedies, no later than six months after the final judicial act enters into legal force.
The following shall be indicated in an application:
1) the name of the Constitutional Court:
2) the name of the applicant (in case of a legal person - title), registered address (in case of a legal person - place of location) or residential address thereof if it is different from the registered address; where the applicant is acting through a representative, the name, registered address or the residential address of the applicant’s representative if the latter address is different from the registered address:
3) the Article of the Constitution which provides for the right to apply to the Constitutional Court:
4) the request addressed to the Constitutional Court and the arguments of the applicant with references to the relevant provisions of the Constitution:
5) in the cases provided for by Clauses 1 and 5 of Article 168 of the Constitution - name of the state or local self-government body or the official that has adopted the disputed act;
If the application does not meet the requirements of Articles 24 and 25 of the RA Constitutional Law "On the Constitutional Court", the applicant shall, within three days, be informed by the Staff of the Constitutional Court by specifying the requirements of Articles 24 and 25 of this Law which the applicant must comply with. After being informed according to the established procedure, the applicant can resubmit the application to the Constitutional Court within three days after complying with the requirements of Articles 24 and 25 of the RA Constitutional Law "On the Constitutional Court". In the case of failure to comply with the requirements of Articles 24 and 25 of this law within the specified period, the application shall be returned to the applicant within one day with a corresponding indication of the appeal procedure. The applicant for the return of the application can appeal to the Constitutional Court within three days.

The electronically submitted power of attorney or other document confirming the powers of the representative must have valid electronic signature, and in the case of the presence of a power of attorney certified by a notary, a photocopy of that document is submitted with the possibility of checking the data of the notarial deed in the AENIS system.
